| For every ten cities that you conquer, you will be rewarded with a Rise To Power Card. Collect these cards to trade them in for extra armies. Once you have a set of three cards that either have the same smiley or one of each smiley, you will be able to trade them in. You will gain a higher number of armies each time you trade cards in. Also, if you trade in a card with a city that you own on it, you will be rewarded with ten extra armies on that city. |

| If you trade in, make sure you do so with plenty of time before your troops are reinforced. Your traded in armies will be lost if you do not place them on the map before reinforcement. Reinforcement will occur in 5 minutes. |
